Is the mold in my attic actually dangerous?
Sometimes it’s minor, sometimes it needs real work. Jeremy will look, find the moisture source, and tell you honestly which it is.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell?
Yes. The 3-year warranty stays with the house and transfers to the new owner.
Do sellers have to pay up front?
No. If you’re selling your home, you can pay at closing. Jeremy does the work before the closing date and is paid when the sale closes, and the 3-year warranty transfers to your buyer.
Will insurance cover it?
Sudden water damage, like a burst pipe, is often covered. We work with your insurance company and document everything for the claim.
